Satisfaction Guaranteed: if you feel you have not received significant value from each Coaching session, you can quit at anytime and you will not be contractually bound in any way. There will be no questions asked AND a refund for the current coaching session and any future pre-paid coaching sessions will be given.

This call will be about answering any question you might have, gathering some background information, determine a possible coaching focus, developing rapport and determining our compatibility to work together. A Free, (30 minute) Sample Coaching session can be scheduled at this time.

Once we have decided to work together and have established a Personal Coaching Focus or Business Coaching Focus, the following steps will be taken:

A Welcome Package (click here) and Coaching Agreement (click here) will be sent to you for your review and signature. The purpose of the Coaching Agreement is to define our responsibilities in the Coaching Partnership. This partnership can be cancelled at anytime verbally or in writing without further obligation. Once the agreement is signed and returned, we will set up specific times and dates for the agreed upon coaching sessions. I am very flexible to accommodate times that are convenient for you.

The coaching sessions run 40 minutes and there will be three sessions a month. The cost is $300 per month (Cnd). This is your only fee and there are no other hidden costs. I will absorb all long distance costs by providing you a toll free number to call from anywhere in North America.

A three month commitment to coaching is highly recommended to allow you time to make good progress towards the goals you have established. And there is a 10% discount for a three month coaching commitment, $810 (regularly $900). This includes all taxes.

There will also be time between coaching calls if needed. I will not bill for extra time of this type. Time limits for extra calls and e-mails are outlined in the Coaching Agreement.

Payments must be processed prior to each month's coaching session. For example: if a three month coaching commitment is expected, $270 (10% discount) would be due prior to the first month's coaching session. This can be done "on-line" through a secured site with Visa or Mastercard. Or you can send post dated cheques which will be cashed prior to beginning each month's coaching session. Satisfaction Guaranteed, if you are not satisfied, pre-paid sessions will be refunded.

SPECIAL NOTE: I keep two coaching sessions a month for doing "Pro-Bono" work with clients that are unable to afford the monthly coaching fees. If you are in this situation, please feel free to discuss this with me.

Confidentiality: Coaching can only exist in a place of "trust and openness". Therefore, absolute confidentiality is paramount. Nothing will be disclosed from our Coaching sessions without your expressed permission to do so.
